London Tropical Zoo

And these are from a photographer that used to be ophidiphobic (or afraid of Snakes! :-)

Oh well, I had to take a deep breath and concentrate on the children! And it worked!

To visit the Tropical Zoo - http://www.londontropicalzoo.co.uk/. It's great fun!

Kadi - Baby Session

Last Friday I had a photo shoot with Kadi - Justyna's 3 months baby girl. I also took the photos of Justa's wedding and pregnancy, so photographing her baby girl was truly special! And she is just so cute and photogenic! After the session I couldn't stop looking at the pictures!

Rosena's Video

The photographs that I have took a couple of weeks ago for the physiotherapist Rosena Johnston 's were used in a "video advert" that is now published on Citylocal Richmond - http://www.citylocal.co.uk/cities/Richmond.

I have actually just received an email from Russell Dickens, who runs Citylocal Richmond and who has developed the video and I was really delighted to see the result!

I might start working on my video very soon, but for now have a look at Rosena's - http://www.citylocal.co.uk/business/229580/RosenaJohnstonPhysiotherapistinTwickenham/

Jacques Henri Lartigue

This are some images from one of my favourite photographers and constant source of inspiration - Jacques Henri Lartigue.

Lartigue started taking photographs when he was only 6, back in 1890, and his main subject was he is own life. I just love it and sometimes really wish I could see life through his eyes! It simply makes me smile.

Panoramic of the Deers

I have just finished retouching a panoramic image from the deers at Richmond Park during the snowstorm. This is made out of 7 different photos using Photoshop. It was the first time that I tried to do something like that and I was amazed how it worked well! And of course always amazed by the number of deers that you can see at Richmond Park! :-)

DJ Toby Anstis

In December I did a series of portraits of DJ Toby Anstis from Heart FM. This work was commissioned by Asthma UK and the images were used on the cover and main feature of the latest issue of their magazine. It was great to see an image that I am really proud of on their front cover!

Cildo, Gormley, Saramago and Meirelles - Why so White?

Oh yeah, what else could I post today? After such a particular day.... London wearing white only! Ok, as everyone else, I did have loads of fun, took beautiful photographs, but I also felt a bit scared, I have to say.... Seeing the city suddenly stop, not being able to walk or travel and most of all all this white!!! Keep it at least brown and grey, ok?

Kathrin

Last week I did a photo shoot with my Austrian friend Kathrin around East London.

She left London this Friday and will spend 6 months away travelling, so our idea was to produce a series of portraits that would represent the time that she spent here.

I loved the result and we had so much fun together! And I miss her already. I thought that it would be a great way to start this Blog as well - with the beutiful Kathrin.
